What is the usual delivery schedule?

Are non-defective returns allowed?

Yes. Eligible defective and non-defective new items can be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Make the request within 30 calendar days after delivery and review the Refund Policy.

How do I send an approved return?

Use the free prepaid label supplied in the parcel after the store approves the request and confirms the instructions. There is no restocking fee.

When will an approved refund start?

The refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days; later bank or provider posting time is separate.
