Eligible requests

The store accepts qualifying returns of defective and non-defective new products and accepts exchanges. Begin the request within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective item must remain new, unused and in its original condition.

Approval before mailing

Email cagoxoniti72@gmail.com first with the order number, purchase email, reason and useful photos or video where relevant. Keep the item and packaging while the request is reviewed, and do not mail anything until approval and return instructions are provided.

Return label and fees

Eligible approved returns are sent by mail using the free prepaid return label included in the package. Contact the store if the label is missing. No restocking fee is charged, and an exchange remains subject to stock availability.

Refund timing

An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow the store to exclude.
